I was fortunate enough to witness the Annual Day Show of the institute called Child and You at one of the famous Auditorium. Child and You is the institute which work with differently challenged children. Attention was given to every detail including the Entry Pass.It had collage of Bollywood movies printed on it as theme being 'Bollywood Tamasha'.One could get a hint of what is to be followed in the show.
It was inaugurated with a beautiful song 'OM Tara' performed by the Autistic kids along with their therapists. It set the tone for the show.
Soon it was followed by the Entry of the character 'Gabbar' on stage. It fetched all the applause from the amused audience. One after the other all the children came up on stage portraying various famous movie characters. The entire script was crisp and hilarious.
Children won the hearts of the audience by their dialogues and energy. It was heartwarming experience to see wheel chair bound children brought by their therapist on stage and participated in the show.
Icing on the cake was the dance by all the staff on a foot tapping Hindi song.
It was not just another Annual Day show but the triumph of human efforts on all the odds. The team work was evident at each point. More so it was a symbol of all the energy and relentless efforts by the team. It was a well organized and executed show.
Highlight being all the children performing with enthusiam and innocent smiles on their faces. Nothing could beat that.
Hats off to the entire team....I wish many more such accomplishments to the team.:))
humm great efforts and patiance are the virtues required for training and empowering the challanged people and especially the kids. My blessings and good cheers for such people working for this cause.Btw metaphysically, helping such people helps get us the blessings of lord saturn ( shani)
