How Thoughts affects others?

As per non locality principle we all are interconnected and interdependent so what goes on in our consciousness can affect others.
My thoughts are energy. There is a stream of consciousness as put forth by Carl Jung. We are presented with infinite possibilities & the choice we make at the moment becomes reality for me. At the same time rest all possibilities are collapsed. Thus, we create our own reality from moment to moment.
Human intentions can influence the machines,fungi,yeast,cancer cells,inanimate objects etc.Many experiments on healing showed that no matter what method was used intention of healing was enough to heal the patient.
Louise Hay in her book 'You can heal your life' mentions various examples of how thoughts can affect ourselves and others. Universe is open and receptive to every single thought that is generated.So if there are 1000s of people who are creating an intent of change or healing, it can be manifested in reality.
Gist is using thoughts and intent as a powerful tool to bring about transformations in the world around us:)
