Where is the 'I'?

According to quantum physics-field theory we all are made up of energy and so we all are interconnected. Everything is made up of energy, our thoughts are energy. There is nothing solid but energy travelling. So our perception of things being in solid form is not true.

There is no subject & object. we all are made up of same stuff. So separation is an illusion of mind. In Buddhism consciousness refers to as Awareness.

There are three mistakes which are made by us in our perception. We perceive reality as a Whole it is being Permanent, & thirdly we think that we are independent.

Self is made up of five aggregates-Form,Sensation,Perception,Mental Formation, consciousness.

Though our perception of the self is influenced by conditioning. So the entire culture views 'self' in a particular manner. Society plays important role in forming the image if the self which is made up of 'traits','attitudes','attributes','behavior','habit' etc. As per non locality principle we all are interconnected & so there is no difference between 'I' & 'You'.Subject and object come into play for experience.

In reality we are merely chunks of energy & there is no I in self. The I which we refer to in everyday life is the result of functioning of five aggregates or interplay of these aggregates.

This can be referred to as Mind consciousness. Thus, our perception of self is untrue.
